Booking Policies
Appointments
Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to be on file to secure bookings for physician-rendered services.
Confirmation: Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled within the 24-hour notice period will not incur additional charges.
No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without prior notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
Informed Consent
All patients must complete and sign an informed consent form before treatment. This document outlines the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. By signing, patients acknowledge they have been fully informed of the treatment’s limitations and that no specific results are guaranteed.
Children
To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 do not accompany you to your appointment. This ensures a safe and relaxing experience for all clients.
Minimum Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 or older for medical aesthetic treatments. Minors may receive select services, such as facials, with parental consent and supervision.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and financing through Beautifi. Cheques are not accepted.

Clinical Treatments Are Non-Refundable
Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the perceived outcome, personal satisfaction, or individual expectations. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring you are well-informed about the treatment process and expected results prior to your appointment.
In the event of an adverse reaction or complication related to a treatment, each case will be evaluated individually. If a medically recognized complication arises, corrective measures will be discussed and taken as appropriate. Refunds will not be issued.
Touch-Ups
We encourage all patients to attend their post-treatment review appointments. Additional treatments or touch-ups may be recommended to achieve desired results. These are subject to additional charges.
Products
Retail skincare products may be refunded if returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Used or opened products are not eligible for a refund.
