We are located directly across from Westbank Towne Centre, kitty corner to Starbucks and right on Highway 97 North. 
If you are coming from Kelowna, you will be making a left turn onto Brown Rd and then your first left turn into the alleyway which will bring you directly to our clinic parking lot.

PARKINGPlease use our convenient, complimentary parking right along the back of our building. We are aware that the big parking lot beside us may seem empty, but they are going around ticketing if you are not a customer of that plaza and we do not want that to end up happening to our clients. If our clinic lot seems extra full, parking on the street is also complimentary. 
CONSULTATIONSHave you been thinking about a specific treatment but are eager to know more about it before going ahead? Dr.Iampen offers thirty-minute complimentary consultations so all of your questions can be answered and you can feel confident going forward with your decision.
ARRIVAL AT THE CLINICUpon arrival for your first appointment, please be prepared to fill out a new client intake form. This consists of a few questions to help us better get to know your needs and medical background. You will also be required to provide your personal health number.
A REMINDER ABOUT OUR SERVICESPlease take into consideration that Dr. Iampen is only legally allowed to give medical advice regarding the treatments we provide and the products we carry. Products purchased outside of our clinic are not considered under our direction and she is not able to provide advice on their use.
